1. About the guide
Summer Day is an independent travel guide. We check information carefully, but opening hours, prices, ferry times, weather forecasts and access to beaches or sights can change. Always confirm important details with the business, the ferry company or the authorities before you travel. Weather and wind information is indicative and not a safety guarantee.
2. Bookings
When you book through a business’s own website, Booking.com or another partner, your contract is with that business or partner, not with Summer Day. Some links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.
3. Listings for businesses
- Free listing: any genuine tourism business can be listed free of charge. We may decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or no longer operating.
- Paid packages (Partner, Premium, Exclusive) run for 12 months from publication and are invoiced in advance; prices exclude VAT. They renew only with your written agreement.
- Your content: you confirm you have the right to the photos and texts you send us and allow us to publish and adapt them on summer-day.eu and its social channels for the duration of the listing.
- Positions and statistics: paid packages give priority placement and the features described in the package; we do not guarantee a number of visits or bookings. Statistics are provided as counted by our system.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded unless we fail to provide the agreed service.
